If you are unsatisfied with our product

Unwanted Items/ Incorrect or Faulty items
We are happy to exchange unwanted, incorrect or faulty items that are returned to us within 21 days. Please send the items to the address below and enclose a note quoting your order number and specifying with as much detail as possible which items you require in exchange or a refund.

All goods that are returned to Fairies are the responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send goods by registered post. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
